Our Fitness Center includes a full gym and a fitness studio. Most fitness classes are included in your membership. Classes are currently offered both in-person and in a hybrid format. Some of our most popular classes are yoga, spin, and bootcamp. During the summer we offer fun, seasonal classes like water aerobics and poolside yoga. Our personal trainers are there to help members achieve their individual goals whether it is recovering from an injury, improving flexibility, sports training, gaining strength, or improving their overall health so they can become the best version of themselves. We also have several massage therapists on staff that specialize in everything from deep tissue massage to cupping and therapeutic massage.
